Have you ever wondered why a certain cocktail tastes great to you, but the person sitting next to you finds it unpalatable? In this session you will learn whether you are a Non-Taster, Normal Taster or Super-Taster using a taste test that is genetically specific. You will also learn about the four primary flavors and how they influence one another, and how best to use them in a cocktail. This session will be especially helpful to anyone involved in the creation of cocktails and spirits, or anyone who would like to better understand how flavors are perceived. Participants will receive cocktail books, pens and tip cards compliments of Bombay Sapphire.
