| Statement of Purpose: | Our mission is to offer prevention, intervention, and postvention services that both provide support in times of crisis and reduce the impact of suicide in the community. This mission is accomplished through innovative programming not available in more traditonal helping settings. Twenty-four hour availability, utilization of paraprofessional volunteers, active involvement in prevention activities and participation in a community network all define the uniqueness of our crisis center. |
